We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@pawdept.store. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address given to you and If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note on Zendrop Orders: For orders fulfilled via Zendrop, please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective. Returns for buyer’s remorse are not accepted for these items.
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item arrives damaged, please send us photos within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will send a replacement free of charge.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants).
Custom products (special orders or personalized items).
Personal care goods (beauty products).
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment.
Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
